In fact, thinking of not having Facebook makes my hands sweat and gives me a knot in my stomach.

1. Medical Stuff:
I have never ever been this late before! I got back from Boston yesterday, taught and did rehab today, and am now using my last “spoon” for the day to get this post up since it is bugging me that I have not done it yet…
You have to understand. I am cut out of the same cloth as my Dad. From our sense of humor, to our looks, to our flexibility, to the fact that we both hate change.
We also have the same problem.
I’m in a funk.
There, I said it.
The first step is acknowledgement, right?
