Five For Friday 3/28/14
1. Medical Stuff:
- 1 Day of PT.
- 2 Days of Home Rehab.
- I had prolotherapy, round #ilostcount. More to come on that…
2. Michigan State is still alive! Elite 8! The game last night about gave me a heart attack but the Spartans fought hard and won! I love this team so much. Especially this guy…
3. I am going to be honest. I am trying not to lose my mind with this benefit. I think I am averaging 40-50 emails a day right now. Yes, there have been a few frustrations, but there have also been many highs so far, and so, so many amazing people working together on this event. I am just in disbelief that it is only two weeks away. It is hard to see how it will all come together right now, but I am working hard to keep the faith that it WILL be a successful evening, and it WILL come together, and it WILL have a positive impact. The importance of pacing will be huge for me these next two weeks…pacing and not freaking out : ) Breathing is a good thing…
4. This has been one of the many highs! Driving by and seeing this event we have worked for months on, in lights, high up near the sky! This is our first billboard. The second one goes up tomorrow. (Kellogg Hotel & Conference Center donated their billboards. How amazingly awesome is that?)
5. One more week until spring break! We have parent-teacher conferences this week…I can do this, I can do this, I can…
