1.  Medical Stuff:

• I had a gyno appointment on Monday.  I told Max that this was an appointment I’m sure he didn’t want to shadow and film.  He agreed.
• I saw Larry on Tuesday.  I was in major need of some OMM, or as I like to call it, “Larry magic.” He worked from my neck to my tailbone.  I felt like a different person leaving the office.

1.  Medical Stuff:

• 3 Days of Home Rehab.
• Physical Therapy was canceled because my physical therapist was sick.  Lots of sickness going around lately!
• No doctors appointments this week.
• I had major issues this week with my POTS flaring, and therefore insomnia.  Sometimes my heart rate gets so high that it feels like I am running a marathon when I should be sleeping.  Insomnia then makes my POTS worse and it ends up being a vicious cycle.  So needless to say, it has been harder to function this week, but I keep telling myself that like everything else, “This too shall pass.”

1.  Medical Stuff:

• 2 Days of Home Rehab.  I should have worked another day in there.
• My OMM doctor had to cancel my Tuesday appointment due to sickness.  I am rescheduled for later in February.  Right now, my thoracic is in major need of some gentle manipulative medicine.  While I wait, I will rely on heat, strengthening, foam rollers, and my physical therapist.

1.  Medical Stuff:

• 1 Day of PT.  Reformer and manipulative medicine on my hip. It always flares up when I overdo it on the treadmill.
• 2 Days of Home Rehab.
• I battled gastroparesis most of the week, which meant a lot of soup, water, and applesauce, but by Thursday my stomach was feeling almost back to normal.  

Ummm, you know that one goal I have about figuring out how to balance blogging and life in general?  Well, that goal is proving to be very difficult for me right now…

• I was supposed to see Larry Tuesday afternoon but he was sick so I am rescheduled for the beginning of February.
