Spread the love

1.  Medical Stuff:

  • 4 Days of Home Rehab.
  • Requested and requested and requested and faxed and faxed and faxed more medical records…

2.  How many monitors does it take for me and Sebastian to design a website?  4!  That electric purple color was the color of the background of the site when we first started.  Thank goodness we changed it or all of your eyes would have been burning!

3.  After church last Sunday, Brad and I met the Gooley’s and Todd, Aubrey, and Parker at the Great Lakes Folk Festival.  The rain couldn’t stop us!  I loved, loved, loved the Polka band and going to my very favorite place on campus to see the ducks.

4.  On Monday, we went to Brad’s parents to have lunch and hang out.  My sister-in-law, Audrey met us out there too.  We had a (much needed), low-key day catching up and eating the BEST taco salad.

5.  Tuesday, my Mom and I had to run a few errands to get ready to go to Georgia.  We fit a pedicure and lunch in and I am now sporting bright, blue toes.  I kinda love them in a weird way.  We also ran into the best assistant teacher ever, Ms. Margaret at Panera so I lucked out and got to eat lunch with her too.

+1.  Wednesday, we were off to Georgia to watch my brother graduate from Officer Candidate School as a 2nd Lieutenant.  He finished second in his class.  When I think about the ceremony, I still get teary-eyed.  We are all so proud.  I will post about our trip, but here’s just a sneak peak…

+2.  I just want to say thank you to everyone who texted, called, emailed, facebook’d, and/or told me in person such kind things about the new site this past week.  I know I have said it before, but it really has been a labor of love, so it means a lot that so many people reached out.  I have truly felt the love and it is so appreciated!
