My Medical ID

Getting a medical ID bracelet was something I knew I needed, but was not sure where to go to get one.

A lot of people told me to get a USB one that could hold all of my medical information, but when I researched more, I read that many hospitals, doctors offices, etc. refused to use them because of the risk of causing viruses to their computer systems.

I decided I wanted something very discreet, and comfortable so I would almost forget I had it on.  I researched a couple of sites and found that I was liking the sports bracelets more than the chain bracelets.

I accidentally came across this site through my search:  http://www.roadid.com/Common/default.aspx

Even though it is a runner’s site, I was able to customize a bracelet with my necessary medical information.  Plus, the price was right.  The bracelet I bought was the “Wrist ID Slim,” size small in black.  What I like about the engraving is that it is super clear and easy to read.

So, basically the reason I am telling you all of this is to let you know that the company emailed me with a coupon code for friends.  If you are interested in ordering a bracelet, just email me or leave a comment and I will send you the coupon code.

I just know I was told by multiple doctors that I needed an ID bracelet, but I had no clue where to go.  I would have been interested in this information, so maybe someone else will benefit from it too.
