I just got home from our first night of parent-teacher conferences.  I am pretty fried but here I go truckin’ along with National Health Blog Post Month.  Please don’t expect anything profound…I’m in brain fog-land.

Today’s prompt: “How do you decide what to share and what not to share.”

This is pretty easy.  When I think disclosure, I always think to myself, what is my ultimate goal for blogging?  When I was at my sickest and feeling extremely lost, I scoured the Internet for anything and everything that could help me. 

I have decided to join the National Health Blog Post Month Carnival.  I just may be crazy with the way I have been feeling and with everything that is jam-packed on my November calendar, but I am going to do the best I can.  The challenge is to post everyday for the month of November, using the daily health prompts provided by WEGO Health. 

I have to be honest.  This was a tough week for me…a lot of fatigue, a lot of POTSiness, a lot of back and neck pain.  It was one of those weeks that I felt like I was in survival mode.
