What. A. Week. I felt like a hamster on a wheel for most of it. Whew.

1. Medical Stuff:

  • 1 Day of Home Rehab. That is it for the week. Fail.
  • 1 Infusion at Sparrow. So far, so good. It has definitely been worth the three hours of sitting for each one.

1. Medical Stuff:

  • 1 day of PT. I’m doing a lot more circuit work for stabilization and cardio right now.
  • 2 Days of Home Rehab. Treadmill, recumbent bike, and floor exercises.
  • I saw Dr. Winkler, one of my OMM docs on Thursday.. She worked on releasing my diaphragm. It’s been getting stuck lately…
  • Rough nap week. Hopefully I will get back on track next week so I am not a zombie at night.

1. Medical Stuff:

  • 1 Day of PT.
  • 1 Day of Home Rehab…on the brand new, beautiful, FIXED treadmill.
  • I had to take Tuesday off from school. I wasn’t sleeping enough, my heart rate was too high, and I started to notice more blood pooling than usual, which are usually red flags that I need to slow down and rest. Luckily, I slept three hours that afternoon, and did okay getting through the rest of the week.
