This was a long week…and I’m still standing…barely…oof.

1. Medical Stuff:

• Had my annual pulmonary appointment and breathing testing. I am all good for another year.
• 2 Days of PT. My ribs and stomach sucked this week which is the reason for two appointments instead of one. I definitely needed more OMT. Stubborn ribs.
• 1 Day of Home Rehab. Running with my collar. I did okay despite my ribs.

1. Medical Stuff:

• 2 Days of Home Rehab.
• Crazy Insomnia and POTS flare. This was definitely a one hour at a time kinda week!
• No doctors or therapy this week.

1. Medical Stuff:

• 1 Day of PT. Increased my circuit work after cardio.
• 2 Days of Home Rehab. I need a new playlist. My music is everything to get through rehab!
• NO DOCTORS. Amazing.

1. Medical Stuff:

• Back to the eye doctor. Back on antibiotic drops. What the heck? Why won’t this infection go AWAY?
• 1 Day of PT. Strengthening, stim, and OMM.
• 2 Days of Home Rehab.
• 1 Infusion. Thank goodness I have access to this treatment for POTS.

1. Medical Stuff:

• 2 Days of Home Rehab.
• 1 OMM Appointment. Mostly cranial and neck work.
