Today’s prompt: “How do you decide what to share and what not to share.”

This is pretty easy.  When I think disclosure, I always think to myself, what is my ultimate goal for blogging?  When I was at my sickest and feeling extremely lost, I scoured the Internet for anything and everything that could help me. 

August 23 was the day it was born.

It was a proud moment after a lot of hard work, designing and collaborating.

I slept for 10 hours last night.  That is huge.  Gigantic.  A relief.

I know I have kept quiet for a while.  I would rather write about how well I am doing than how much I am struggling.  But sleep gives me perspective,

I am sitting here at a website work meeting with my amazingly talented web designer, Sebastian, and I am realizing I have been quite the blog slacker the past couple of months. I have been telling myself, it was all because of the event, but I came to the realization today that I have just been using that as a crutch. A flat out excuse.

Hello, blog.  Remember me?  It’s Katie.  I have missed you so.

I cannot believe that I have not posted anything since April 8.  That is a record.  It is definitely time for me to catch up on some writing therapy.

I am pretty sad to say that I missed my first “Five For Friday” since I started my blog a year and a half ago 🙁  I am trying to be kind to myself but it irks me and my OCD personality.

So, I am going to do a “+5” on this one to try to catch myself, and all of you up.
