1. Medical Stuff:

  • One day of PT. Feeling stronger each session. I wish the scale would reflect that…trying to give myself patience and grace that my body grew a human and it will take time to get back to my “old” body, but some days it’s super hard.

1. Medical Stuff:

  • I had my 32 week OB check on Tuesday. This appointment was about all of the things we need to think about…and have not yet. Things like having a pediatrician in place. Guess what is on my to do list for this week??? Heartbeat and measurements were good and I only gained 1 pound in a month. Bonus. I begin the baby non-stress tests in a few weeks…
  • I’ve done really well this pregnancy, but I can honestly say in the last week, I have crossed over to the uncomfortable zone. Eye on the prize.
  • Short week. No PT appointments. Walks outside and a sad amount of strengthening. I don’t care how giant you feel, step it up, Katie…; )

1. Medical Stuff:

  • 1 Day of PT with a very stuck thoracic! We got it moving thankfully. Still did cardio and exercises.
  • 1 Day of Home Rehab. Running and exercises. My foam roller was my bestie afterwards.
  • I had an infusion on Thursday. A big shout out to Chris who works at the hospital for always pretending I’m at the spa. He brings me drinks, food on fancy dishes, and warm pillows and blankets that he uses to “tuck in my piggies.” The people who work at the Sparrow Cancer Center are the best!
