Happy December, y’all! With the exception of summer, my favorite time of the year!

1. Medical Stuff:

  • Back to PT after THREE weeks! I felt every bite of Thanksgiving on that elliptical!
  • 2 Days of Home Rehab.
  • 1 OMM appointment for cranial work.
  • One yucky POTS flare.

1. Medical Stuff:

  • 2 Days of Home Rehab.
  • No PT. Back at it next week.
  • I had an OMM appointment on Tuesday. We worked on my upper ribs, neck, and jaw. Grateful that I respond well to the soft tissue work and gentle manipulations.

1. Medical Stuff:

  • 1 Day of PT.
  • 2 Days of Home Rehab. Lots of cardio! I stepped it up a few notches.
  • 1 OMM appointment to put my bendy body back together.
  • I made an appointment with a new primary care doc. Fingers crossed!

1. Medical Stuff:

  • I went to Sparrow on Monday thinking I was picking up equipment to redo my home sleep study and found out that since my insurance switched, I had to do an in-lab study. So about 5 hours later, I was hooked up to a million wires in my bed at Sparrow for the night. Surprisingly, I slept more than I thought I would and it wasn’t as traumatic as I thought it would be : ) I was told I will get the results in a week!
  • 1 Day of PT. More core work after cardio.
  • 1 Day of Home Rehab. Should have been 2-3. Need to step it up this week.

1. Medical Stuff:

  • 1 Day of PT. New core exercises which I NEED and rib OMM.
  • I saw Larry on Tuesday. He worked on me from my tailbone to my neck.
  • I saw my shrink on Tuesday after Larry. I went from working on my physical health straight to working on my mental health. I firmly believe they go hand in hand.
  • 1 Day of Home Rehab. Treadmill and floor strengthening.
