Five For Friday 10/2/15
October! The month I turn another year older! Bring it on : )
1. Medical Stuff:
- 1 Day of PT. We discussed how I am doing and decided to try one time per week, while continuing my home rehab program. If I begin to “crash” I will go back to twice a week.
- 2 Days of Home Rehab.
- One of my OMM docs moved and opened her own practice. Monday, I saw her for the first time at her new location. Her gentle hands and cranial manipulation were able to calm down my head and jaw pain. That is worth the farther drive if you ask me.
