Hello, Fall
Today, as fall starts, I am…
wearing: Soft, soft clothes because of prolotherapy. Black yoga capris, an Old Navy T-shirt, and a long sleeve “Life is Good” shirt over top of the t-shirt.
Just a "zebra" trying my best to live life to the fullest with EDS and POTS...and loving the ride.

This survey has been circulating around FB and the Blogosphere…So in honor of promoting Invisible Illness Awareness I, too, am jumping on the bandwagon.
1. The illnesses I live with are: Dysautonomia/POTS (Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome) and Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome, Type 2/3.
2. I was diagnosed with it in the year: 2010
Because I am procrastinating…
Stole this short questionnaire from a friend’s blog….
Outside my window: the sun is shining, and there are grass clippings on the sidewalk. I hear the neighbor girls playing.
I am thinking: That my stomach hurts, and I need to get up and get ready to go see the Gooleys!
Just for fun…And I even got Brad to play along.
What did you do in 2010 that you’d never done before?
Brad-Rode a jet ski. Went to fish camp.
Katie-Ran 7 miles. Knitted. Made buckeyes.
Did you keep your new year’s resolutions, and will you make more for next year??
Brad-Didn’t have one last year, but this year my resolution is to be better with exercise and finish house projects in a timely fashion.
Katie-I accomplished my 2010 goal of going to church regularly again. You can see my 50 goals for 2011 in another post.
