1. Medical Stuff:

  • 2 Days of PT. I started a new place for physical therapy…My break from PT is officially over. I am really encouraged by my new therapists and their knowledge of EDS. It sounds like a handful of fellow EDS’rs go there as well. Looking forward to learning more about how to manage this crazy, weird illness called EDS.
  • 1 Day of Home Rehab.
  • 6 month dental cleaning. Still no cavities but I had a little more bleeding, which my dentist thinks is due to EDS and the fact that the gums are made of connective tissue.

1. Medical Stuff:

  • 3 Days of Home Rehab.
  • I take Domperidone for Gastroparesis. I called this week to fill my prescription at the compound pharmacy I use, and was told the US can no longer make it. SO weird. So, after many calls to U of M and the Canadian Pharmacy, it is now coming from England, then to Canada, and then to me. I should have it by the end of August. In the meantime, if I look pregnant, I am not. Just for the record.

Short and sweet…I’m still recovering from Allie and Gabe’s wedding : )

1. Medical Stuff:

  • 2 Days of Home Rehab. PT starts again in August.
  • Prolotherapy with Dr. Cantieri in Indiana. He attacked my ribs with the needle, and I was never happier to feel all of those pokes…

Summer, please slow down! July?! How is that possible!

1. Medical Stuff:

  • 3 Days of Home Rehab.
  • My ribs still hate me. I need to get back in for more OMM.
  • When my ribs flare, my gastroparesis flares. Happens every time. If there is ever a research project done on us, sign me up.

  • No doctors. Lots of rest, ice, and heat for my back.
  • 1 Day of Home Rehab.
  • Taking a break from PT for the summer to see how I do. I better be able to start getting more home rehab in asap. We are experimenting.
