Five For Friday 3/1/13
March!
1. Medical Stuff:
- 3 Days of Home Rehab. Treadmill, light weights, exercises, glute fires, balance work, light stretching…the usual.
- I had an OMM appointment. We worked on my hip, ribs, and my doctor did some cranial-sacral work (one of my loves).
- I had another prolotherapy treatment on Friday. More to come on that.
