Five For Friday 1/25/13
1. Medical Stuff:
- 1 Day of PT. Reformer and manipulative medicine on my hip. It always flares up when I overdo it on the treadmill.
- 2 Days of Home Rehab.
- I battled gastroparesis most of the week, which meant a lot of soup, water, and applesauce, but by Thursday my stomach was feeling almost back to normal.
